CareSearch Training: About Us
CareSearch is an online resource designed to help those needing relevant and trustworthy information and resources about palliative care. The website has been funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. The project is managed through the Discipline of Palliative and Supportive Services, Flinders University.
The CareSearch Training aims to expand the resources managed by the CareSearch Project to support the palliative care community.
A short video, Introduction to the CareSearch website, provides more on the CareSearch website.
The CareSearch Project activities are overseen by two governance groups:
• Knowledge Network Management Group: Provides strategic guidance and direction. Reviews and endorses the Network's structure and content
• National Advisory Group: Acts as a reservoir of knowledge, skills, and networks for the Knowledge Network project. Provides a sounding body and an exchange point for promotion and linkage into constituencies.
